Brethren All,
With the reduction in Covid cases and quite a few of our members having the vaccines, the Management Committee decided to go ahead with the upcoming Initiation meeting on Thursday 2/18. However, we are still complying with CDC guidelines and will limit the attendance to the event by invitation only to those necessary for the initiation.
The event will be on Zoom. Any of our members who will participate on Zoom will be able to get the same meal as will be served at the event. Laykie will cater meals (either for 1 or 2 persons) which we will make available for pickup at the Merfish (9000 Rice at corner of N.Braeswood) from 6 pm onward (but no later than 6:50 pm.)
Reservation for the meals are a must. Please RSVP online ONLY if you want a meal. If you have issues with online then send an email to president@hodgalil.org to order your meals for either 1 or 2 persons.
Zoom login details will be sent to all brethren prior to the Initiation Lodge.
