About the Speaker:

A short bio for our next speaker, Dr. Michael Kaplan MD.

He is a head & neck surgery otolaryngologist in Houston, TX and has over 33 years of experience in the medical field. He is board-certified and treats patients of all ages for sinusitis, sleep apnea, and professional voice disorders. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1990 and speaks Spanish and Russian.

Dr. Kaplan helped pioneer the pain-free, 100% in-office balloon sinuplasty procedure. Balloon sinuplasty stops snoring in its tracks by opening blocked sinus cavities, allowing easier breathing through your nose during sleep.

Michael graduated from Bellaire High School and attended Meyerland Middle School and later graduated from the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate education. He was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa at UT Austin. He completed his medical school education and his first two years of residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. He finished his Otolaryngology training at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
