Hebrew Order of David Raise Funds for Zichron Menachem in Israel

Houston’s Lodge Galil of the Hebrew Order of David (HOD) presented a cheque for Zichron Menachem at the annual installation of officers for 2019-2020.  Zichron Menachem provides support for any young person in Israel under the age of 25 living with cancer, as well as their parents and siblings.

Immediately after Hurricane Harvey, HOD International diverted all its fund raising, intended to go to Zichron Menachem, to provide funds for hurricane victims in Houston.  For this reason, the local lodge Galil decided to allocate part of it’s charitable giving from its Tikkun Olam fund to this worthwhile organization.
